BAUMAN'S CIDER AT BAUMAN FARMS

We revived Great-grandpa Stephen’s traditional ways of making hard cider while at the same time utilizing scientific cider-making methods to perfect the modern version of this unique family beverage for today’s marketplace. We strive to incorporate as much fruit and ingredients from the farm as possible and, when we can’t, we use only locally-sourced Oregon products.  This blending of modern hard cider making with the best of traditional methods developed on the family farm spanning five generations is now lovingly perfected in every Bauman’s Cider bottle or keg.
