 Head Chef / Owner Su was born and raised in a rural town in Eastern Thailand. She was the youngest daughter of a local restaurateur selling authentic Thai dishes. Before and after school Su would help her mom cook. It is when Su’s love of cooking became her passion. After school Su began cooking at a luxury hotel in Bangkok serving authentic Southeast Asian dishes. Su then took her talents to the US working at a popular Thai restaurant in Portland, OR. Her passion and creativity inspired her to start her own food truck servingthe fine community of Woodburn, OR. Her desire and dedication to cooking the finest Thai dishes shows in every meal she prepares.
